sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled Functional Test Consultant to be a part of our team in Bangalore.

As a Functional Test consultant, you will:

- Review Functional Design Document & Derive Test Scenarios & Test Cases
- Work to the overall Test plan schedule
- Design, Develop and Execute Manual Test Cases, Defect Management Process as per Best practices
- Provide inputs for Test estimates
- Participate in Triage meeting to track, triage & prioritize defects
- Follow Best practices and Test process as per Organization Standards
- Drive, Own & Support Test initiatives and practices as part of Continuous Improvement
- Team player, Mentor & manage junior team members & their deliverables
- Strong communication & Documentation skills
- Support the Test Manager in reporting, managing and readiness for Testing

The requirements for this role include:





- 4+ years of experience as a subject matter expert & Testing experience on Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations.
- Extensive experience in Core Production and Financial Modules like AP, AR, GL, FA, and Projects
- Prior experience in Design and Develop of Test scenarios, Test Cases from Functional Design Document/BRDs, Execute Functional Test cases, Defect Management, Test Management Tools (Azure DevOps/VSTS or Similar Test Management tools)
- Sound Experience and Knowledge on Test Process & Practices
- Strong Communication & Documentation Skills
- Prior Testing Experience on Intergation or Data Migration Testing would be an added advantage

Desired qualifications and skills:

- Graduate/post graduate degree in finance or related areas (B.Com, MBA) or degree/diploma (B.E/B.Tech, BCA) in engineering.
- Candidates with Microsoft certifications and ISTQB are preferred and will have an advantage over the others.
- Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills.
- Ability to guide junior team members and co-ordinate with them to deliver above and beyond commitments.
- Should have a strong learning orientation with regard to new technologies and implementing them.
- Should be a self-starter and initiative taker.
- Should possess strong analytical skills and be detail-oriented.
