Role & responsibilities

Role Objective

Own and grow RITARRAs online and offline revenue by driving customer acquisition, conversion, repeat purchases, website performance and kiosk sales productivity. This is a revenue-focused role, not a conventional social media management position.

Key Responsibilities

- Own monthly online and kiosk revenue targets and prepare actionable growth plans to achieve them.
- Manage and improve Shopify performance, including product merchandising, landing pages, offers, bundles, upselling, cross-selling and conversion rate optimisation.
- Plan, execute and optimise Meta and Google performance marketing campaigns, either directly or through external agencies/freelancers.
- Track and optimise key commercial metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate and contribution margin.
- Coordinate with the social media/content team to create performance-oriented Reels, UGC, product videos, ad creatives and campaign content.
- Develop and manage influencer, UGC, WhatsApp, email and CRM initiatives to acquire and retain customers.
- Build promotional and festive campaigns based on sales objectives, inventory and customer behaviour.
- Analyse website traffic, customer journeys, abandoned carts and product-level performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor kiosk performance, including footfall, conversion, average bill value, units per bill, upselling, cross-selling and salesperson productivity.
- Work closely with the kiosk sales team to set targets, review performance and implement sales improvement initiatives.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming SKUs and coordinate with the Founder on product, pricing, promotion and inventory decisions.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly growth dashboards and clearly communicate performance,



problems and recommended actions to the Founder.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in D2C, e-commerce, consumer brands or a similar growth-oriented environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign structure, targeting, creative testing and optimisation.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, CPM and customer retention.
- Experience with Google Analytics/GA4 and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of CRM, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing and abandoned-cart/customer-retention campaigns.
- Ability to work with social media agencies, content creators, influencers and external performance marketing partners.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with a explicit focus on revenue rather than vanity metrics such as followers and likes.
- Excellent communication, ownership and execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience with jewellery, fashion, beauty, accessories or lifestyle brands.
- Experience scaling a D2C brand or Shopify store.
- Experience in influencer/UGC-led growth.
- Basic understanding of creative strategy, Canva and short-form video content.
- Ability to use AI tools and data-driven approaches to improve marketing productivity.
