D2C LAST MILE EXECUTIVE – TRANSPORT

ROLE SUMMARY

KIMIRICA is looking for a D2C Last Mile Executive – Transport to manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations and transportation coordination. The role will be responsible for shipment movement, delivery tracking, logistics partner coordination, delivery exceptions, returns, and ensuring timely and cost-effective order fulfilment across D2C channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Last-Mile Operations: Manage daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure timely movement and delivery of D2C orders.
- Transport Coordination: Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickups, shipment movement, delivery schedules, and operational requirements.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments, delivery status, pending orders, delays, NDRs, cancellations, and delivery exceptions; ensure timely resolution.
- Returns & Reconciliation: Coordinate RTO/returns, shipment reconciliation, delivery-related discrepancies, and ensure proper closure with logistics partners.
- MIS & Reporting: Maintain Excel-based MIS and trackers for shipments, deliveries, NDRs, RTOs, TAT, logistics performance, and pending issues.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Marketplace,



Customer Support and Finance teams to resolve delivery issues and improve fulfilment efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration or a related field.
- Hands-on understanding of last-mile delivery, transportation, courier operations and shipment tracking.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, beauty, personal care or lifestyle operations will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and logistics/order management systems.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, analytical and problem-solving skills.
