About The Opportunity A fast-scaling D2C ecommerce leader in the footwear and fashion vertical, we’re building a next-gen consumer brand powered by data-driven personalization, agile supply chains, and seamless digital experiences.

Our mission: turn casual shoppers into loyal customers through hyper-relevant product drops, frictionless checkout, and brand storytelling that resonates. Based in India, we’re looking for a category-savvy Ecommerce Head to own P&L;, scale acquisition + retention, and architect the future of direct-to-consumer success in a competitive market. Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end D2C ecommerce performance — revenue, CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention — with full P&L; accountability.
- Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, product, supply chain, CS) to execute growth plays across paid social, SEO, email, and influencer channels.
- Design and optimize customer journey touchpoints — from discovery to post-purchase — using analytics, A/B testing, and behavioral insights.
- Build and manage relationships with 3PLs, warehousing, and logistics partners to ensure fast,



reliable, and cost-effective delivery.
- Launch and scale private label or co-branded product lines based on performance data and customer feedback loops.
- Present performance dashboards and ROI metrics to leadership, recommending data-backed investment priorities for growth.
