We're Hiring | Cybersecurity Pre Sales consultant (Remote)

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Presales Consultant to support the sales team in identifying customer security requirements, designing appropriate cybersecurity solutions, and presenting technical solutions to customers. The role will involve working closely with customers, sales teams, cybersecurity vendors, and internal technical teams to develop effective and commercially viable security solutions.

Location: palarivattom, Kochi (Remote)

Work Days: Monday – Friday

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer business requirements, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity challenges.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into cybersecurity solutions.
- Prepare solution architecture, technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), Bills of Materials (BoM), and presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), workshops, and technical presentations.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and customer questionnaires.
- Work with sales teams to identify opportunities, qualify requirements, and develop technical win strategies.
- Engage with cybersecurity vendors and technology partners for solution validation, pricing, sizing, and technical support.
- Provide effort estimation, licensing requirements, and high-level implementation approaches.




- Explain complex cybersecurity concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support sales negotiations by providing technical clarification and solution justification.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, regulations, and industry trends.
- Support the transition of won opportunities from presales to implementation and delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, security consulting, solution architecture, or cybersecurity presales.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity technologies and architectures.
- Robust customer-facing and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and map them to appropriate security solutions.
- Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, firewalls, routing, and network segmentation.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
