Cybersecurity & Compliance Lead

Location: Delhi | Experience: 8+ years | CTC: ₹45–50 LPA

We are looking for a Cybersecurity / Information Security leader to manage the company's cybersecurity, compliance, risk and security programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead information security, compliance and risk management.
- Develop security policies, controls and compliance frameworks.
- Manage audits and audit readiness.
- Lead cybersecurity incident response.
- Manage tools such as Vanta, Drata or Sprinto .
- Drive AI security and emerging technology risk initiatives.
- Work with leadership and cross-functional teams on security priorities.

Looking For:

- 8+ years in Cybersecurity, Information Security, GRC or Security Compliance .
- Experience leading security and compliance programs.
- Robust understanding of security frameworks, risk and audits.
- Experience managing cybersecurity incidents.
- CISSP / CISM / CISA is a plus.
