Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Cyber Security Trainer with practical knowledge of networking, defensive security, offensive security, threat hunting, and cybersecurity labs. The candidate should be able to deliver engaging theoretical and hands-on training sessions and guide learners through practical cybersecurity projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Cyber Security, Networking, Ethical Hacking, and Cyber Lab training sessions.
- Deliver hands-on practical sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and assessments.
- Teach networking concepts including LAN, MAN, WAN, TCP/IP, network devices, and cabling.
- Explain the CIA Triad – Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability and its application in cybersecurity.
- Conduct Blue Team / Defensive Security sessions covering monitoring, detection, incident response, and system protection.
- Conduct Red Team / Offensive Security sessions covering ethical hacking, reconnaissance, vulnerability assessment, and authorized security testing.
- Guide students through practical cybersecurity lab exercises and projects.




- Conduct Threat Hunting activities and teach methods for identifying and investigating suspicious activity.
- Prepare training materials, lab manuals, assignments, assessments, and project guidance.
- Demonstrate cybersecurity tools and techniques in authorized training environments.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide technical feedback.
- Assist colleagues with technical, training, project, and other assigned work.
- Travel to colleges, institutes, universities, and different locations across India for training programs and workshops.
- Stay updated with current cybersecurity tools, techniques, threats, and industry practices.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, and Networking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of LAN, MAN, WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, network devices, and Ethernet cabling.
- Understanding of the CIA Triad – Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability.
- Practical knowledge of Blue Team / Defensive Security, including security monitoring, threat detection, log analysis, incident response, and system protection.
- Knowledge of Red Team / Offensive Security, including reconnaissance, ethical hacking, vulnerability assessment, and authorized penetration testing.




- Hands-on experience with Cybersecurity Labs, practical security exercises, and security testing environments.
- Knowledge of Threat Hunting, threat identification, investigation, and basic threat analysis.
- Familiarity with security tools such as Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, and Metasploit.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows security.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell is an advantage.
- Understanding of common vulnerabilities, attack techniques, security controls, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts through practical, hands-on training.
- Willingness to travel to colleges, institutes, and locations across India for training programs and workshops.- LAN, MAN, WAN

- Comfortable travelling across India

Educational Qualification B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, ECE, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, eJPT, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Practical experience in cybersecurity labs or projects.
- Experience in teaching, training, workshops, or mentoring is preferred.

Experience Fresher – 2 Years

Freshers with strong practical cybersecurity knowledge, certifications, academic projects, or hands-on lab experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
