Cybersecurity Delivery Lead

Focus: Cyber Risk Quantification (CRQ) | Environment: Global enterprise consulting programme

We are looking for a delivery leader with genuine cyber security depth. This is not a pure programme-management role. You will own end-to-end delivery while working credibly with security architects, engineers, SOC teams, risk specialists and senior leadership. The right person combines hands-on cyber knowledge, strong team leadership and the ability to translate technical risk into executive decisions.

What you will do

- Own delivery of a complex, multi-year cybersecurity and analytics programme - scope, milestones, risks,

dependencies, quality and governance.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across cybersecurity, quantitative analysis, research, data engineering and

BI; set priorities, remove blockers and drive accountability.
- Work directly with the CISO and senior stakeholders to shape priorities, risk scenarios, decision requirements and delivery trade-offs.
- Bring technical challenge to security discussions across network security, vulnerabilities, controls, security architecture, SOC/SIEM, IAM/PAM, endpoint and cloud security.
- Ensure cyber-risk models are grounded in credible technical evidence, and translate findings into transparent business impact, remediation priorities and investment decisions.
- Run Agile delivery including backlog management, sprint planning, user stories, acceptance criteria and stakeholder workshops.





What we are looking for

- Strong background delivering enterprise cybersecurity programmes, with enough hands-on technical experience to challenge engineers and SMEs rather than simply coordinate them.
- Working knowledge of enterprise network security - segmentation, firewalls, Zero Trust concepts, IDS/IPS,

secure architecture and monitoring.
- Experience across several security domains such as vulnerability management, SOC/SIEM, IAM/PAM,

endpoint/EDR, cloud security, incident response or security architecture.
- Proven leadership of technical and multidisciplinary teams, including capacity, priorities, dependencies,

delivery quality and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong C-suite communication skills and the ability to explain complex cyber and quantitative risk in clear business language.
- Hands-on Agile delivery experience and a strong product mindset.

Nice to have

- Exposure to Cyber Risk Quantification / FAIR or similar quantitative risk methods.
- Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001 or CIS Controls.
- Experience with security data sources such as SIEM, vulnerability-management, CMDB, IAM or asset-management platforms.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CCSP.
