Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analyze sales data using Power BI to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail industry.

- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales teams, providing insights on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth through improved service sales and CRM processes.

- Provide expert-level support to senior management by analyzing complex data sets, identifying areas of improvement, and developing recommendations for strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field within the retail industry.

- Robust understanding of Power BI software and ability to create interactive reports and dashboards.

- Experience working with large datasets from various sources such as MIS systems or CRM platforms.
