Role & responsibilities :

- Perform CVC labelling activities for OSD products.
- Perform line clearance and ensure correct batch, product, label, artwork, MRP, expiry and other coding details before starting the operation.
- Carry out in-process checks during labelling and packing.
- Record production, reconciliation and inspection details in BMR/BPR and relevant logbooks.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of labels, cartons and other packing materials.
- Follow GMP, SOP, safety and data-integrity requirements.
- Identify and segregate rejected/defective units and report abnormalities to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the machine and packing area according to GMP requirements.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and Production during line clearance, IPQC checks and batch activities.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm/ HSSC Experience: 1+ year experience in pharmaceutical OSD packing, labelling, CVC/vision inspection or secondary packing preferred.
