We are hiring for Executive – Customs Clearance (Export)

Industry: CHA, Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Export Oriented

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Qualification: Graduation

Salary: Upto 4.8 Lakhs PA

Handle end-to-end export documentation and customs clearance.

Prepare and file Shipping Bills through ICEGATE/EDI.

Handle export shipments under FOB, CIF, C&F;, Drawback, EPCG, Advance Authorisation, RoDTEP, and ROSCTL schemes.

Check Invoice, Packing List, PO/Sales Contract, HSN, shipment value, and scheme details.

Handle Customs RMS and Appraising Officer queries and resolve documentation issues.

Coordinate with Exporters, Customers, CHA, Freight Forwarders, and internal teams.

Follow up for timely customs clearance and shipment processing.

Maintain proper export documentation and compliance records.

Knowledge of Import Documentation and Customs Clearance will be an added advantage

Pay: From ₹480,000.00 per year
