In support of the FTM (Fleet Technical Manager), you will:

- Define engine Workscope for each Shop Visits (SV) in line with CFM maintenance policy, customer contracts, and Customer Team (CT) requirements (including inspection levels, disassembly scope, testing, applicable Service Bulletins, and documentation).
- Ensure readiness for induction by validating the completeness of engine entry documentation.
- Perform technical analyses (performance history, FDM events, previous SV data).
- Contribute to pre-induction activities, including participation in meetings with the Customer Program Manager (CPM) and maintenance shop.
- Act as the technical interface with MRO shops and their technical support teams
- Monitor and control SV execution against the defined Workscope, ensuring compliance and performance.
- Participate at CT request to customer meetings and shop support on MRO site
- Report any deviations impacting Workscope objectives, findings leading to Workscope escalation, and or SV schedule delay to FTM and CT.
- Continuously optimize Workscopes, ensuring alignment with actual maintenance needs and CFM Policy.
- Track and highlight additional costs arising during maintenance execution.
- Contribute to the maintenance feedback.
