Salary & Perks

*Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month

- Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000/month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹9,000/month

*Cab Facility: Pick-up & drop facility provided

- 5 Days Working | 2 Days Off

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate information and follow process guidelines.
- Meet quality and performance targets.

Requirements

- Graduate candidates.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
