Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support (Wealth Management) role based in Gurugram. The role involves assisting clients with queries related to financial planning, investments, and wealth management products, ensuring accurate and timely responses.

The Customer

Support professional will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages, maintain detailed records of client interactions, and follow up on pending issues. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries, explaining product features and processes in clear language, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.



The individual will also adhere to compliance guidelines, maintain data confidentiality, and contribute feedback to improve service quality and workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Finance to understand client needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Investment Management and Investments to support clients with portfolio-related queries and product information.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance products to help address coverage-related questions and explain policy features.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts in simple terms.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working with data and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in wealth management, financial services, or customer support is preferred.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
