We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our IT Services clients. Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly through various support channels, including live chat and direct communication.
- Utilize strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions for clients.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure timely responses and adherence to service level agreements.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards and productivity metrics throughout daily operations.
