Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer communications, online order processing, and post-sales support. This role requires coordination with India and U.S. teams during U.S. business hours. Candidates should be detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails from clients courteously and efficiently
- Manage online sales operations (no cold calling; customers place orders through the company’s online store)
- Process customer orders, handle inquiries, and provide timely and effective support
- Update product pricing in line with the manufacturer’s pricing roadmap
- Assist customers with refunds, replacements, and applicable discounts
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, transactions, and order details
- Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions

Work Schedule & Attendance Policy





- Saturday and Monday are critical workdays; unplanned absences on these days are not permitted
- From November 15th through the first week of February, 100% attendance is mandatory due to peak selling season
- During this period, employees may be required to work six (6) days per week based on workload
- Extra days worked will be compensated with additional pay
- Weekend work may be required as per business needs

Skills & Requirements

- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

(Salary will be based on experience and last drawn compensation)
