Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for Customer Support & Sales Executives based in Tiruchirappalli. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing accurate information on travel packages, itineraries, and pricing. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service.

The position also requires promoting and upselling suitable travel products, maintaining customer records,



and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Customer

Support & Sales Executives are expected to meet service and sales targets while maintaining a courteous and solution-focused approach.

Qualifications

- Strong customer interaction skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience providing Online Support and handling Technical Support related to portals or booking systems.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, polite, and professional phone and email etiquette.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools or booking platforms in the travel or service industry.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli, manage time effectively, and perform in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, tourism, or related fields is beneficial.
