We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with knowledge of Tally Prime to assist customers with their software-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to Tally software.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot basic software and Tally-related issues.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher candidates with mandatory Tally knowledge can apply.
- Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime .
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
