1. Servicing walkin customers during Office Hours.
2. Retaining PHs who come for Surrenders.
3. Achieving RWP Targets in Renewals.
4. Converting payment of PHs to Autopay mode.
5. Achieving LAIP Targets.
6. Visiting customers for all of the above or as required for the purposes of relationship management.
7. Maintaining of all documentation, adhering to all processes and guidelines involved in operational procedures.
8. Coordinating with Sales for RWP, LAIP, Autopay and other activities
