- Assist customers with product/service-related queries.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers regarding complaints and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer and complaint records.
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Hindi and English communication required.
- Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Positive listening and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
