Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.

- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in BPO customer service or related field.

- Strong communication skills for handling international voice processes (US process).

- Ability to work in an international BPO workplace with diverse client base.

- Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite.
