Banana Club is looking for a Customer Support Lead who can lead our Voice & Chat Support operations and ensure every customer interaction is handled with speed, empathy and ownership.
What you’ll handle: Lead the Voice & Chat support team Monitor calls, chats, TATs, CSAT & resolution rates Handle escalations and complex customer queries Drive daily team performance & reporting Train and coach the team on communication & service quality Coordinate with Retail, E-commerce, Warehouse & Logistics teams Improve SOPs and customer support processes
Experience: 4–6 years in Customer Support / Customer Experience
Location: Bengaluru
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
