Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our customer service team in Gurugram. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing appropriate assistance, and ensuring a smooth customer service experience as per the defined process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and service-related requests through the designated support process.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions as per process guidelines.
- Maintain skilled and courteous communication with customers.
- Record customer interactions and required information accurately.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer service parameters.

Candidate Eligibility
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience:



Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with customer service systems.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work from the office in Sector 18, Gurugram.

Salary
- Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC per month
- Experienced Candidates: ₹25,000 CTC per month
