Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support role based in Bengaluru, with a compensation of 4.5 LPA and an immediate joining requirement.

The Customer

Support professional will handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear, accurate, and courteous responses. The role involves troubleshooting basic issues, guiding customers through processes, and escalating complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting interactions in the system, following up on pending cases, and ensuring timely resolution in line with company standards.



The individual will collaborate closely with colleagues and management to improve support processes and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, with the ability to explain information patiently and professionally.
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities, active listening, and a calm approach to handling challenging interactions.
- Basic computer proficiency, including working with email, chat tools, and customer support or ticketing systems.
- Ability to learn company products and services quickly and apply this knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple customer queries, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
- Previous experience in customer support, call center operations, or a client-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability for full-time on-site work in Bengaluru and readiness for immediate joining.
- Minimum educational qualification: completed secondary education; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.
