Job Role -: The role of Customer Service Manager - GSP Loans will be responsible for performance & productivity on multiple actionable for Identified Govt Loan Schemes:
1. Daily calling to support for Current applications, existing sanctioned cases not disbursed etc.
2. Daily calling and follow up with applicants for various Government Loan schemes, brief on the scheme and check for customers interest in availing the loan
3. Follow up calls for customers Not Contactable for Not Interested
4. Daily calling and follow up on Sanctioned cases but not disbursed.
5. Assisting customer on the Digital journey to process end to end of loan application.
6. Co ordination for reward and recognition to Business channels, MIS support etc.
