Customer Support Intern (Review & Inbound Calls)Skills Required

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely assistance.
- Record and update customer reviews/feedback in the system.




- Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
- Maintain a skilled and empathetic tone during interactions.
- Assist in preparing daily call and review reports.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction scores.
