Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through voice channels in a professional and courteous manner

- Assist customers with service inquiries, account-related requests, and general support needs

- Deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting quality and productivity goals

- Understand customer concerns, identify solutions, and escalate issues when required

- Accurately document customer interactions and updates in business systems

- Communicate information clearly and effectively to customers across diverse backgrounds

- Follow defined processes, compliance requirements, and service-level commitments

- Contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance

- Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

- Collaborate with team members, participate in training programs, and continuously develop new skills

Preferred candidate profile





- Graduate of any discipline or minimum 12th (higher secondary) pass

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Nice to have knowledge in an international voice process, customer service, or contact center environment

- Solid customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others

- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and business applications

- Ability to listen actively, learn quickly, and adapt to a fast-paced environment

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate confidently

- Ability to manage priorities, work in shifts, and meet performance expectations
