Strategic Systems is hiring Customer Support Executives for an inbound voice process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer queries, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand and resolve customer queries and complaints.




- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer requests and follow up when required.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain proper customer interaction records.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
