Customer Support Executive

Note: Freshers are not eligible. Relevant experience required.

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/month

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and queries
- Handle product, order, delivery, return and refund-related queries
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams
- Follow up with customers until resolution
- Handle online orders and e-commerce-related queries
- Maintain customer interaction and complaint records

Required Skills

- Excellent Hindi & English communication skills
- Customer support, sales, telecalling or customer-facing experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of computers, Excel and email
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Experience in handling enquiries and converting them into orders is an advantage
- Polite and skilled approach
