After a customer buys, you make sure they succeed. You help them install and configure our software, connect their broker, resolve issues and answer questions over call, chat and remote screen-share. You're patient, transparent, and take ownership until the customer is confident using the product.
Key responsibilities
- Guide new customers through installation, setup and broker / API connection (often via remote screen-share).
- Resolve product queries promptly; troubleshoot and escalate technical bugs to engineering with clear reproduction steps.
- Handle support across phone, WhatsApp, chat and email within agreed response times.
- Maintain help articles and FAQs, and suggest fixes that reduce repeat issues.
- Ensure smooth onboarding so customers get value quickly; follow up proactively.
- Log tickets and feedback accurately, and track them through to resolution.
What were looking for
- 0-2 years in customer support, technical support or client servicing.
- Clear, empathetic communication in English and Hindi (Gujarati a plus).
- Comfortable with Windows, installations and basic troubleshooting; quick to learn new software.
- Patience, ownership and a calm, solution-focused attitude.
- Willing to work on-site in Rajkot.
Preferred (bonus)
- Experience supporting a SaaS / software product.
- Exposure to trading software, brokers, or the fintech domain.
- Familiarity with remote-support tools (AnyDesk / TeamViewer), ticketing systems, and the basics of VPS / cloud or trading platforms.
