Role: Customer Support Executive

Location: Mumbai

Processes: AUS | Europe | Connecter | MUM1A | IHC AUS | Falcon SNR | Athena

Salary: 18,500 33,300/month

Candidate Requirements

- Positive English communication skills
- Customer handling & problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with international/rotational shifts
- HSC / Graduate candidates may be considered as per process
- International voice experience required for applicable processes
- AUS Tech Support: Minimum 6 months international voice experience

AUS TECH SUPPORT VOICE

Up to 6 LPA CTC During Training: 41,900 including training allowance

Post Training: 44,400 including variable pay

Immediate Joiners Preferred for selected processes.
