Customer Care & Order Management

- Handle inbound and outbound client calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails related to bookings, rates, and shipment status.

- Generate customer orders and update them accurately in the ERP system.

- Prepare Delivery Orders (D/O) and coordinate with the Morbi warehouse and city teams to ensure timely dispatch.

- Track orders and shipments, keeping clients updated throughout the delivery process.

- Address and resolve client queries and issues promptly while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered within the committed timelines.

Locations: Ahmedabad, Morbi, Vadodara, Surat.
