Job Summary eClerx Services Limited is hiring Customer Support Executives for its International US Voice Process in Chandigarh.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed primarily for fresh graduates looking to begin their career in the International BPO and Customer Operations industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Please note that people in chandigarh and nearby chandigarh are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice support.
- Understand customer concerns through active listening and effective questioning.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer queries.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and guide customers through the required resolution process.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication throughout customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and other relevant systems.
- Follow established process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Achieve defined productivity, quality and customer service targets.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, services and process guidelines.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Identify relevant opportunities to recommend products or services where applicable.
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth process operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates / candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to handle different customer situations professionally.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with common computer applications.
- Willingness to learn new processes, systems and tools.
- Comfortable working in rotational US shifts, including night shifts.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
- Willingness to work from the office in Chandigarh.
- Compensation & Benefits
- In-Hand Salary: ₹20,100 – ₹23,100 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 per month
- Total earning potential of up to ₹30,000 per month
- Double pay on national holidays along with compensatory off
