Compensation: Up to ₹31,000 CTC per month

Working Days: 5 days per week

Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join an international chat support process in the BFSI/financial services domain. The role involves assisting customers through chat, addressing service-related queries, and providing accurate information while following established process and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international chat support.
- Provide accurate and timely assistance for customer concerns.
- Support customers with account, transaction, and service-related queries.
- Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain skilled communication throughout customer interactions.




- Manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining accuracy and response quality.
- Document customer interactions and update information as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BFSI or BPO process.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong typing and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-service-oriented approach.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Candidates available to join on or around 28 September 2026 are preferred.
