The role involves assisting international customers through live chat, email, and voice support, understanding their concerns, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, or chats from international customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, orders, accounts, or processes.
- Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Meet defined performance, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Job Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Ability to work from the office in Gurugram.
