Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries professionally through calls Assist customers with hotel booking related queries Help customers with booking payments and payment related concerns Assist customers with booking cancellations and cancellation related queries Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions Promote and upsell relevant products and services Handle customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Achieve defined sales, upselling, quality,
