About the Role

Pacific Ads, Chandigarh, is looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing accurate information about our nutraceutical products, assisting with order-related queries, and sharing shipment tracking details. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide explicit and accurate information about company-approved nutraceutical products.
- Assist customers with product, order, and delivery-related questions.
- Share order status and courier tracking details through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and pending queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure professional, polite, and timely communication with every customer.
- Escalate complaints or complex queries to the appropriate department.





Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and Excel.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, pharma, or nutraceuticals is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
