JOB ROLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE CHAT SUPPORT

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with accurate information.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous support.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while meeting response-time targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details in the CRM.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Meet key performance metrics such as CSAT, FRT, AHT, and Resolution Rate.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Education: 10+2 mandatory
- Diploma (3 years),



Undergraduate, BE/B.Tech, or Graduate in any stream
- Experience: 13 years
- International Chat Process experience is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
