CTC: Up to 45,000/month

Work Mode: WFO

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Office Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face / Direct

Interview Timing: After 3:00 PM

Candidate Requirements

- Bengali Speaking – Mandatory
- Good communication skills in English
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service / Customer Support
- Candidate should be local to Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai
- Comfortable working from office (WFO)

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.




- Communicate professionally with customers in Bengali and English.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain customer interaction records and follow company processes
