We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in New Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update relevant details.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while following company processes and guidelines.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or voice process.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Comfortable working in a day-shift environment.
