We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Relationship Associate (RM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining robust client relationships, supporting product demos, and driving offline sales and support visits. This role involves both communication and on-ground presence to ensure excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular client visits (1-2 times a week) for sales meetings, product demonstrations, and support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Provide proactive support to clients and resolve queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Maintain records of client interactions, follow-ups, and visits.
- Male candidate should be given Preference due to offline visits.
- Candidate have experience of accounts and billing.
