Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically oriented VDR Customer Support Executive to assist clients in using the FirmsData Virtual Data Room platform.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product guidance, supporting VDR setup and onboarding, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the transaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, and online meetings.
- Assist clients with VDR setup, workspace creation, user management, and document uploads.
- Guide clients on VDR features such as permissions, Q&A;, watermarking, audit logs, document tracking, and security settings.
- Conduct product walkthroughs and training sessions for new and existing users.
- Troubleshoot basic technical and platform-related issues.
- Coordinate with the technical/product team to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor and follow up on customer support tickets and requests.




- Assist clients during important transaction-related activities and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain proper records of customer queries, issues, and resolutions.
- Support customers during VDR activation, configuration, and onboarding.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions to the internal team.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and timely response to support requests.

Preferred Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of web applications and SaaS platforms.
- Ability to explain technical features in a simple and clear manner.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer requests.
- Willingness to learn about Virtual Data Rooms and transaction processes.

Experience: 0–2 years in Customer Support, Technical Support, SaaS Support, or a related field. Employment Type: Full time
