In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹25,000 per month

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Cab Facility: Company-Provided Both Side Cab

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Chat Process in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling international customers through chat, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to provide professional and timely customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through international chat support.
- Provide accurate, skilled, and timely resolutions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.




- Achieve defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong grammar and good typing speed.
- Ability to handle multiple chat interactions efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working onsite in Gurugram .
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
