About The Opportunity We are looking for energetic and responsible freshers to join our 5-Month Customer Success Training Program .
During the training, you will learn our product, recruitment processes, customer communication and SaaS Customer Success practices while working closely with our team.
Training Duration: 5 Months
Stipend: 4,000/month from the 2nd month
After Successful Completion: Full-time employment as a Customer Success Executive with 2,40,000/year + incentives , based on performance during the training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and develop a strong understanding of the iSmartRecruit platform.
- Assist with customer onboarding and product training.
- Communicate with customers through calls and emails.
- Understand customer requirements and assist with their queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers and maintain customer records.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the team.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer-handling skills.
Who We Are Looking For
- Freshers interested in Customer Success, SaaS and technology.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Prior experience or exposure to recruitment agencies will be a big plus.
Qualification: Any graduate / postgraduate degree. Candidates from Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, HR or related fields are preferred.
