Hiring | Customer Service Analyst – German Language

Location: Pune | Experience: 2–5 Years

German: B2.2 or above – Mandatory

Work Week: 5 Days | Shift: Indian Shift Timings

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Analyst – German to support German-speaking customers and manage customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complex customer queries, complaints and escalations.
- Manage Automotive Aftermarket Operations, Spare Parts & OEM Customer Support.
- Support Automotive Reclamation Processes & Commercial Claims.
- Manage Supplier & Customer Reconciliation.
- Act as an SME for customer service processes.
- Analyze data, KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production and Quality teams.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and support continuous improvement.
- Maintain SOPs, process documentation and support process transitions.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Customer Operations.
- German B2.2 or higher – Mandatory.
- Strong German & English communication skills.
- Experience as an SME / Process Expert.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
