Work that you would be part of

⚡ Own Customer Accounts end to end and be a trusted advisor to the client stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership.

⚡ Run AWS opportunity management for your accounts in coordination with AWS account teams

⚡ Drive customer success across the engagement lifecycle — ensuring delivery quality, proactively managing risks and escalations, and maintaining strong executive communication.

What we are looking for





- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Partner, Consulting or a similar customer-facing role
- Proven experience managing enterprise customers and senior/executive stakeholders
- Solid experience with opportunity management, preferably within the AWS ecosystem — including opportunity qualification, registration, tracking and progression
- Working knowledge of cloud services delivery, particularly Cloud Migration, Modernization, Data & AI, and Managed Services
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills — comfortable engaging with both technology leaders and business executives
- Comfortable working with customers and teams across geographies, with US working-hours overlap

• Nice to have: Experience with AWS MAP, cloud transformation programs, GenAI or enterprise technology consulting
