Outmarch.ai is a fast-growing SaaS retail startup looking for passionate, customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Success team. What You'll Do

1.Manage customer onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, and retention.

2.Build trusted relationships with customers and act as their strategic advisor.

3.Lead implementation projects and ensure smooth customer onboarding.

4.Deliver product training and technical guidance.

5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

6.Track project progress, identify risks, and drive successful outcomes.

7.Contribute to process improvements and customer success best practices.

We're Looking For

*1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Onboarding, Technical Support, Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar SaaS roles.

*Excellent communication and presentation skills.





*Solid technical aptitude with an eagerness to solve problems.

*Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent engineering discipline.

*Experience working with customers to understand business requirements and implement technology solutions.

*Experience with bug-tracking systems is a plus.

*Retail domain experience is an added advantage.

Freshers are also welcome and immediate joiner preferred.
