About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team. You will work closely with our clients, understand their requirements and coordinate with our internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

This is a fully remote role suited to someone with 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Client Servicing, preferably in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear action points for internal teams
- Coordinate with product, technology and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
- Support client onboarding and implementation of new programs and initiatives
- Respond to client queries and help resolve issues efficiently




- Track ongoing deliverables and follow up with relevant stakeholders
- Build robust relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist with reports, presentations and other client requirements

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Client Servicing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting directly with B2B clients
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other productivity tools
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience in SaaS, technology, digital agencies, HR-tech, loyalty or other B2B businesses is an advantage, but not mandatory.
