On Role: Customer Support Associate –Chat support.
Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customer via Chat&Email.;
Qualification: Graduates or under graduates.
- Should have valuable communication in English.
- Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities.
- Fixed Day shift and Two days Rotational week off.
Experience: Minimum 12+ Months of experience in Chat/Email.
Working Days- 5 with 2 Rotational Off
