About the Opportunity

Scorvanta People Partners is hiring a Customer Service Executive on behalf of one of the leading logistics companies.

We are looking for candidates with experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Supply Chain, preferably with exposure to UK freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses and solutions.
- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, transporters and internal teams.
- Manage shipment-related communication and documentation.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Handle customer requests, complaints and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain accurate shipment and customer records.
- Support day-to-day customer service activities related to international freight forwarding.

Requirements




- 2–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Supply Chain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- UK freight forwarding experience will be an added advantage.
- International logistics/freight forwarding experience is preferred.
- Willingness to work in UK Shift – 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Valuable customer handling and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and professional approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

- International customer service
